RETURN POLICIES:

You satisfaction is important to us. You may return most items for credit or exchange for 14 days after your purchase. Items returned after 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any returns must include all original parts, packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, accessories and a copy of the original reciept or invoice. We will not accept returns on electrical items, custom merchandize or special orders. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED PREPAID. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS.

WARRANTIES

If an item has a manufacturer's warranty as being free from defects we will exchange only. If the item has been used and you are requesting warranty work, this may take up to 30 days as warranty work is done by the manufacturer, not Jet Racing Inc.

We make no warranties either expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose other than those contained in its current catalog with respect to the goods identified on the face of the invoice. There is no warranty expressed or implied as to whether the goods sold hereby will protect the purchaser or ultimate user of such goods from injury or death. Jet Racing Inc. will not be liable from any indirect, special, or consequential damages, (including loss of profits) that arise out of the use of any product sold or serviced by Jet Racing Inc.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Jet Racing Inc. offers several shipping options to meet your needs. We offer Ground, 1-day Air, 2-Day Air, and Freight Shipping(For special orders). 1-day Air, 2-day Air, and Freight charges may be substantially greater than normal ground charges.

Jet Racing Inc. will guarantee same day shipping on all orders placed before 3:00 pm CST Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00pm CST may not be shipped until the next business day.

Jet Racing is unable to determine exact shipping charges until we receive your order. You will be notified about your shipping charges by phone or email before we charge your credit card.
